BAPTISM:
Baptisms are usually celebrated on three Sundays each month at a 12:30pm service. We do not celebrate Baptisms during Lent. On selected dates, Baptisms are celebrated at the weekend Masses. Parents are asked to attend a preparation program prior to the Baptism. Please call the Religious Education Office to make arrangements - 530-3483.
MARRIAGE:
A couple planning on being married at Immaculate Conception should contact the parish as soon as the engagement is announced, and minimally six months prior to the desired date. Either the bride or groom, or their parents, must be a registered parishioner of the parish. Marriage preparation is minimally a six-month process of prayer, reflection and study. Couples work with the presider and additional parish staff through this process. Weddings are celebrated on Saturdays at Noon and 2:00pm and Fridays at 5:00pm. Additional information is available by calling the Parish Office. Please contact the church before making any other arrangements.
FUNERALS:
Funerals are celebrated as the need arises. Normally the funeral director will contact the parish regarding arrangements. A Bereavement Minister assists families in planning the Mass of Christian Burial.
SICK AND HOME BOUND:
If there is anyone at home who cannot get to Mass and receive the Sacraments due to illness or age, please call the Parish Office. Anointing of the Sick is offered through communal services in March and September, and anytime by request. Those hospitalized should immediately seek anointing from the Catholic chaplain.
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults):
Any person wanting to learn more about the Catholic Faith, or to join our Catholic community should call the Religious Education Office at 530-3483.
WEEKLY BULLETIN:
The Sunday Bulletin is the ordinary way in which announcements concerning parish life are made. Please submit articles for the Sunday Bulletin to the Parish Office by Friday, 12 noon of the preceding week.
LOST ARTICLES:
"Found" items are placed in the ushers' closet at the rear of the Chapel. Valuables are held in the Parish Office and can be claimed during business hours.
