CCW Vocation Ministry
Upcoming Events
The vocation ministry's mission is to create an atmosphere in our parish that is supportive of religious vocation and provides information about events where young people and families can learn more about discerning this call. One of our goals is to increase prayers for vocations in our ministry and in our parish.  
 
As a group, we pray at the Visitation Adoration Chapel on the second Monday of each month. We meet a few minutes before 7 PM and pray from 7-8 PM.

Catholic Soccer Camp (2017)

In June 2017, the Joliet Diocese held a 3-day Catholic Soccer Camp at the 
Plunkett Athletic Complex in Elmhurst. The camp was led by former soccer 
pro, Fr. Chase Hilgenbrink, and Joliet Seminarian Kyle Langan. It was attended by 
boys and girls from grades 6-12. 

Seminarian Basketball Game (2016)
In September 2016, the Joliet Seminarian basketball team visited ICGS to play 
an exhibition game with the eighth graders. Our very own Fr. Chris Lankford (#50) 
came out of "basketball retirement" to join the Joliet Jammers.
